Elkton, MD – The Nason Construction design-build team, with Tevebaugh Associates, was recently awarded the contract for a new 435-space parking garage at Union Hospital in Elkton, Maryland. The parking garage is one key component of several phases of planned construction to accommodate expansion for Union Hospital.   

In the running against some of the Mid-Atlantic’s top construction management firms, the Nason design-build team was awarded the project based on their depth of similar experience, including a 600-space parking garage that Nason Construction completed for AIG in December 2004 and their proven ability to complete fast-track projects on-time. 

In addition to Nason Construction and Tevebaugh Associates, the design-build team is comprised of ParkingMan Inc.,  Pitman, NJ as parking design consultant, Colonial Parking Inc., Wilmington, DE as parking operations and logistics consultant, O’Donnell Naccarato & MacIntosh, Wilmington, DE as structural engineers, McCrone, Elkton, MD as site engineer, and Paragon Engineering Corporation, Wilmington, DE as mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineer. Combined, all of the firms have participated in the construction of more than 120 parking facilities and completed over 1/2  Billion in design-build projects.
