Tom represents the third generation of Nasons involved in the company. In addition to being leader of the Nason Construction team, he has experience in all forms of construction projects. As CEO, Tom’s primary role during the preconstruction period of a project is to assist the project team during the constructability review that we provide.

Tom received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Lynchburg College.

Mike is actively involved in the development and updates of project preconstruction budgets and schedules. He works closely with the project manager and site superintendent on constructability reviews and value engineering proposals. Mike is involved throughout the project, from construction through completion.

Mike received a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Delaware, and has 21 years of construction experience. He recently served as Chapter President for Associated Builders and Contractors, Delaware Chapter.

Debbie also represents the third generation of Nasons to lead the company. She has been practicing construction law for 12 years, and currently is involved in various business issues, contract negotiations and administration, as well as safety programs, procedures and training.

Debbie received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Barnard College, Columbia University, and a Juris Doctor from Fordham School of Law.
