Nason Construction has provided quality construction management, design-build, and general contracting services for over 85 years. Nason has strategically grown from a small 25 employee firm with one office location in Philadelphia to a large contractor employing over 90 professionals, spanning three divisions in Wilmington, Salisbury and Philadelphia and completing over $100 million in annual revenue.
Driven by the vision of Excellence in Construction established by the firm's founder, Toppy , Walter H. Nason, Jr., the three principals, Thomas W. Nason 2, Michael Berardi, and Deborah Nason-Naples Esq. have grown the firm from humble beginnings. Nason has expanded services to clients in various market sectors throughout Delaware, Southeastern Pennsylvania, Maryland, Southern New Jersey, and Northern Virginia. Today, Nason is a respected leader in the construction industry with a portfolio of successful projects in the Healthcare, Education, Corporate, Senior Care, Warehouse & Distribution, and Government sectors.

1926
Cullen joins Nason to form Nason & Cullen, Inc.
1988
Nason & Cullen forms its Delaware Division which enjoys steady growth.
1994
To better services the Delaware market, NC Builders is founded as a subsidiary company of the Nason & Cullen Group, Inc.
2000
February - NC Builders becomes an independent company under the ownership of Walton H. Nason's grandson, Thomas W. Nason 2. Tom continues the legacy of his father, Toppy, and his grandfather.
Tom Brings Michael B. Berardi and Deborah Nason-Naples, Esq. aboard as owners.
July - NC Builders changes its name to Nason Construction, Inc.
2001
Nason Construction opens its Delmarva Division office in Salisbury, MD.
2002
Nason Construction opens its Philadelphia Division office in The Navy Yard, Philadelphia, PA.
