The Charles C. Carson Center for Mortuary Affairs at Dover Air Force Base is the center for mortuary affairs in the world. The multi-award winning project was completed on a fast-track, 20 month schedule. The project was completed with 135,000 man hours, over 11,000 equipment hours, & no safety incidents.
