The Cadbury at Lewes Continuing Care Retirement Community is located on 32 acres in Lewes, DE. Over the course of the 17-month project, the Nason team coordinated more than 50 subcontractors & worked with every resident that was buying a home in the community. The entire project utilized all types of construction - modular, stick frame, & steel frame. This totaled over 200 workers & over 130 individual cottage & apartment owners.
