The Delaware Veterans Home is the first built by the State of Delaware. The project was also the first completed by the State under a design-build contract. Nason coordinated numerous government agencies involved as owners, 68 subcontractors representing as many as 175 workers onsite at any given time, & three architects over the 21 month project duration.
