Tom is actively involved in the day-to-day business of all Nason projects. His personal involvement and dedication guarantees our customers the best possible service and successful project outcomes, delivered on time and under budget. Tom participates in many industry-related organizations in PA and DE.

Julie Topkis Nason

Julie Topkis Nason

President & Principal

Julie Topkis Nason is President and an owner of the company, along with Tom, and has more than 30 years of experience in development in the
Delaware and Philadelphia regions. She serves on several local boards, such as Trustee of the Grand Opera House and Delaware Community
Foundation and she is a Board Member of Downtown Visions and is currently Chair of the Christiana Care Council of Advisors which was
formally known as the Trustees. Julie also is former chair of the Heart and Vascular Leadership Council and currently a member of this council
and chair of the Heart Failure Fellowship Campaign. Julie also advises local businesses, helping with business development, strategic development, fund development, and project
development.

John Busby

Senior Superintendent

John has over 25 years of field supervisory experience managing multi-million-dollar construction projects for various clients. His expertise includes the construction of healthcare, corporate, educational structures. He has been involved in all aspects of general construction including preparation of logistics plans, execution of CPM schedules, coordination of all trade contractors and suppliers, enforcement of quality control, implementation of all OSHA safety regulations and compliance with all Nason contract requirements.

Jim Scanlan

Director of Administration

Jim brings a well-rounded skill set and external perspective to the team developed over a 25-year career in leadership positions with both public and private companies. As Director of Administration, he oversees all office operations and serves as the administrative leader for operational excellence working with company staff and management to ensure consistent delivery of best-in-class service to our clients, business partners and employees.

Jenna Schwoyer

Assistant Controller

Jenna has over 15 years of accounting and financial leadership experience in the construction industry within the commercial mechanical, commercial CM/GC, pharmaceutical, and industrial sectors.  Jenna provides management of all financial operations within our organization and enjoys working closely with our team, our vendors, and our customers to maintain our seamless and transparent accounting processes.

Vice President

Tom has 40 years of experience with SC&A Construction in many roles including Chief Estimator, Senior Vice President, and most recently, President. Tom has extensive experience working on a variety of projects including Wintethur Gardens & Museum, Vicmead Hunt Club, and Stonegates Retirement Community, as well as historical renovations including Walkers Mill and the Delaware Center for Horticulture. Not only is Tom a leader in the construction industry, but he is an active member of the local community serving on several boards and committees
