Nason Construction provided construction management services for this new three-story, $10 million office building, totaling 215,000 square feet. The steel-framed and masonry structure was U.S. Corporate Headquarters for De Lage Landen Financial Services and featured a state-of-the-art infrastructure, a 40-foot glass curtain wall entrance, with precast concrete sills, and a central two-story atrium lobby. The building accommodates an open office environment with modular work stations, a fitness center and a full service cafeteria with commercial kitchen. Project challenges included working behind an existing occupied building with no disruption of mechanical and electrical services to tenant organizations.
