Nason Construction provided construction management services for this new $9.7 million, three-story office building which totalled 130,000 square feet. Constructed with precast concrete panels and store front windows, the building matches the design of its sister buildings in the existing office complex. The interior features highend finishes throughout the open office environment and an ornate lobby with architectural elements including a unique water wall. The project required extensive site development and remediation prior to the start of construction, and was completed on a fast-track, eleven-month schedule with $200,000 in savings.
