Description
After completing the core and shell construction of the 400 Berwyn Office Building for Brandywine Realty Trust, Nason Construction worked closely with architect Kling Lindquist and tenant Pepper Hamiliton, a national law firm, on the high-end interior fit-out. The well appointed office space totals 40,000 square feet and boasts a variety of fabrics and textures including custom-made window treatments, handcrafted millwork, built-in cabinetry and bookshelves, exotic wood doors, and bathrooms with hand-set granite.
The main conference room boasts a glass curtain wall bay and a state-of-the-art audio/visual system which is operated from remote controls and features projection screens that hide when not in use.
