Description
Nason Construction provided construction management services for the 20,600 square foot fit-out of three connected, yet distinct medical office spaces. The $3.4 million project spanned two-floors and featured lavish high-end finishes with numerous antique pieces. The phased fit-out was completed on a fast-track schedule in less than six months.
The project included the following spaces:
- Panzer 1st Floor – The 5,725 square foot fit-out of a cosmetic surgery suite featured high-end finishes, a Mohs Micrographic Lab, and an on-site biopsy lab. The upgraded finishes in the suite include an antique collonade, custom made doors and cabinetry, totaling $1.23 million for construction.
- Center for Surgical Arts – Located on the first floor along with Panzer, this project involved the 5,375 square foot fit-out of a fully functional surgical suite with 4 operating rooms, a 7 bed post-op unit, and state-of-the-art medical gas systems. Construction totaled $1.03 million.
- Panzer 2nd Floor – This fit-out was a 9,500 square foot general dermatology medical office with 18 exam rooms and 2 nurses stations. This portion of the project totaled $1.17 million and was completed a month earlier than the other two phases.
